Spyglass assists with consent verification. It does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee compliance. Verification is automated and may be incomplete or incorrect — a page may have changed, a restriction notice may be missed, a source may be misclassified. Laws change, and the app may not reflect current requirements at any given time. You are responsible for ensuring your communications comply with applicable law in every jurisdiction you contact.
Spyglass records the evidence behind a consent basis — the source, the exact wording, and the date it was checked — so you can judge it yourself. A basis shown in the app is a record of what was found at a point in time, not a legal determination.
Your use of the service
You agree to use Spyglass only for lawful purposes, and to hold the necessary permissions for the contact data you bring into it. You remain the controller of that data.
